Mr. Nilesh Shukla, 62 years, an industrialist by profession, is a great conceptualizer, a visionary beyond
compare and a motivating leader. His passion is ethical leadership for team-building, entrepreneurship, skill
development and working for social cause remains his priority. A diploma holder in both Mechanical and
Electrical Engineering from M.S. University, Vadodara, Mr. Shukla is a partner at “Gujarat Hardware
Industries”, the pioneer Company in manufacturing & distribution of Transformer Metal parts & non-ferrous
forging. He is also the proprietor of “M/s. Nilesh Shukla Associates”, a firm specializing in providing Industrial
Consultancy and liaison work which works towards market development, global product positioning, overseas
trade connects as well as networking across the globe.
He is the Founder & Director of Unified Growth Foundation a “Section 25” company working primarily
towards betterment of Education Institutions, Youth, SME Development and providing professional solutions
in various verticals like business, trade affairs and skill development. He is also the President of India SME
Forum – Gujarat Chapter & Hon. Secretary of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI).
Mr. Shukla’s contribution to business, industry, academic institutions and various social cause activities have
been recognized at all levels and therefore he is actively associated with both Government & Private
Organizations for the growth & development in and around Vadodara as well as in other metro cities in
Gujarat. He was actively involved in making India as an Octroi Free Country and was also involved in LTP-3 movement.
Mr. Shukla is the Immediate Past President of VCCI (Vadodara Chamber of Commerce & Industry), which
works for the cause of MSMEs. He is serving VCCI since 1988 as a Hon. Secretary, Chairman, VCCI Exhibition
Since 1990 to 2014 (10 Exhibitions), Chairman, Vadodara NRG (Non Resident of Gujarati) Centre, and was
Senate and Syndicate Member of Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda; Ex – General Secretary & Ex-Vice
President – Student Union of Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
Mr. Shukla has been decorated with several National, State and City Level Awards and Recognition.
